DMCA Policy
Celta Vigo Real Madrid Direct respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Please describe the copyrighted work clearly and, if possible, include a link to an authorized version of the work (e.g., URL on your website or a publisher's website).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide specific information about the location of the infringing material on Celta Vigo Real Madrid Direct. A specific URL (link) is required for us to locate the content.
- Information sufficient to permit Celta Vigo Real Madrid Direct to contact the complaining party: This includes your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Under the DMCA, your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Please provide the URL(s) or other specific identification of the material before its removal or access disablement.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Celta Vigo Real Madrid Direct may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. If the complaining party does not file an action in court within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed content.
